TERMS OF SALE
Ordering / Confirmation:
We acknowledge receipt of your purchase order upon issuance of a sales order confirmation via
email. If you do not receive a sales order confirmation from us, it is possible that your purchase
order was not received. Please review the sales order confirmation carefully and notify us
immediately of any discrepancies. We shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions arising
from misunderstandings or inaccuracies in your purchase order.

Freight Claims:
All shortages or damaged goods must be reported to the delivering carrier upon receipt. Any
damages or shortages should be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading. The carrier must be notified
immediately, and an inspection report should be obtained without delay. All shortages must also
be reported to Klinger’s Trading within 24 hours of delivery. Klinger’s Trading will not be held
responsible for any shortages reported after this 24-hour period.
Warranty:
All Klinger’s Trading products come with a standard 1-year warranty unless otherwise noted.
Returns:
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All returns resulting from customer
error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be new, in their original
packaging, and in resalable condition. If a returned product is found not to be in brand-new
condition, a credit memo will not be issued, and you will have the option to retrieve the
item within 15 days. Any item returned as a “manufacturer’s defect” that cannot be verified
will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges for both the
replacement shipment and the return pickup.
